As women, we often find ourselves feeling stuck in a cycle of frustration, sadness, anger, or hurt because of our partners, friends, family, work, or life in general.

We tend to believe that if we were somehow… different… or if the people around us would be different… then we could finally be happy.

But what I’ve learned is this:

💖 We don't have to change other people in order to change our relationships with them.

💖 We don’t have to make other people’s behaviors toward us mean something about us.

💖And we have more control over our relationships than we think!

  • Coaching is kind of like therapy but with an eye towards helping you move forward and feel empowered in your own life. Sometimes we talk about what you’re thinking. Sometimes we process what you’re feeling. Sometimes we work on releasing the past. Sometimes we work on creating a new future. I will meet you where you are and never make you feel bad for where you’ve been.

    You will learn how you can change your relationships with others by investing in your relationship with yourself.

    We meet weekly to make progress and take breaks as needed to process.

  • If you come open and willing to do the work, you will be changed as a result of your coaching.

    What is the work? Being open, being self-reflective, taking ownership of what role you played in creating what you have so far, releasing what no longer serves you, deciding what you want to have instead, and being willing to be uncomfortable on the way to getting it.

    However, just like any healing modality, no results are guaranteed. Sometimes things click right away, sometimes they take longer to sink in. Sometimes the results are easy to see, sometimes they aren’t as visible.

    My goal is that the work will do together will have a lasting impact on you and how you approach all of your relationships. I want you to feel calmer, more self-confident, more self-compassionate, and more loving to yourself as a result of this work.

  • Let me start by saying, I LOVE COACHING! And I think that comes out in the way that I connect with people I coach. I love helping women feel better and get unstuck.

  • There are two ways to work with me:

    1. Six weeks of weekly coaching sessions. If you’re ready to kick start your personal development journey with weekly coaching and actionable insights this is a great place to start. You aways have an option to renew and can bring any topic you’re feeling stuck on to our sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom.

      Investment $900.

    2. All-Access Coaching. Take your healing deeper with three months of weekly coaching sessions and text, email and voice chat support between sessions. We meet weekly with sessions ranging from 30 - 90 minutes as needed, whatever fits your schedule. You have 24/7 support and guidance so you don’t have to wait until your next session to get actionable insights.

      Investment: $3500.
